1 Interpretation & Definitions

4 Deposits & Payments

Tpower1 accepts a variety of payment methods suited for players in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, local digital wallets, and other instant payment options. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.

All games offered at tpower1 use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring the fairness and randomness of every game outcome. General game rules are as follows:

• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system.
• Winnings will be automatically credited to your account balance upon completion of each round or gaming session.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, tpower1 will restore the game to the last state confirmed by our server.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.

8 Prohibited Activities

11 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your tpower1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned to you once all verification requirements have been met.

Tpower1 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
