More than just a gaming platform — tpower1 VIP is a tribute to our loyal members. Enjoy higher bonuses, personalised service and exclusive privileges not available to regular members.
Each VIP tier is designed to deliver greater value than the one before it. The more actively you play at tpower1, the greater the rewards you are entitled to receive.
At tpower1, we believe loyal members deserve more than just great games. Our VIP program is designed not simply to offer bigger bonuses — it's about making every gaming experience feel special, valued, and seamless. From the moment you become a Silver member all the way to Diamond, every step of your VIP journey brings increasingly meaningful rewards.
One of the key advantages of the tpower1 VIP programme is the ease of priority withdrawals. VIP members do not have to wait long to enjoy their wins. Faster verification, higher withdrawal limits and direct support from a personal account manager ensure your money reaches you quickly and securely.
For Diamond members — the highest tier in the tpower1 VIP program — the gaming experience becomes truly one of a kind. A dedicated personal manager always on standby, unlimited daily withdrawal limits, and early access to the latest game titles make tpower1 unlike any other platform in Malaysia.
Every VIP benefit is specially designed to ensure your gaming experience at tpower1 is always at its most rewarding.
Enjoy a higher deposit bonus percentage compared to regular members — starting from 10% for Silver up to 30% for Diamond every time you top up.
Even during a losing week, the tpower1 VIP cashback programme ensures a portion of your losses is automatically returned to you every week.
Gold members and above get a dedicated personal account manager available for direct contact. No more waiting in general support queues — you receive immediate, priority attention.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed with full priority. Diamond members enjoy withdrawals in as little as 1 hour — far faster than regular members.
From exclusive birthday gifts to luxury rewards for Diamond members, tpower1 makes sure every milestone you reach is celebrated in a meaningful way.
Be the first to try the latest game titles before they open to all members. This exclusive privilege is available to tpower1 Diamond members only.
VIP members enjoy an additional layer of security, including enhanced personal data encryption and round-the-clock account monitoring.
Platinum and Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to special tpower1 events — a truly priceless experience beyond the world of online gaming.
VIP members enjoy higher betting and withdrawal limits compared to regular members, giving you greater freedom to play at your own pace.
The tpower1 VIP programme operates on a points system that accumulates automatically every time you make a deposit and play games on our platform. There is no complicated application process or forms to fill in — our system tracks your activity in real time and ensures your VIP tier upgrades happen seamlessly without any interruption.
Every ringgit you deposit into your tpower1 account counts towards your cumulative deposit total. When that total reaches the next tier threshold, you will be automatically upgraded and immediately begin enjoying the benefits of the higher tier. No additional requirements, no extra documents and no unnecessary waiting time.
One thing that sets tpower1 apart from other platforms is the transparency of our VIP programme. You can view your progress at any time through the account dashboard, including your current deposit total, active VIP tier, benefits you are currently enjoying and how much more is needed to reach the next tier. This gives you full control and clear motivation throughout your VIP journey with tpower1.

The tpower1 VIP programme is among the most comprehensive membership programmes offered by any online gaming platform in Malaysia today. Unlike standard points programmes that only provide small discounts or rewards, tpower1 VIP is built on a more holistic approach — combining meaningful financial benefits, high-calibre personalised service and a playing experience truly tailored to each member's needs.
Many Malaysian players who have joined the tpower1 VIP programme say the most noticeable difference is the personalised treatment they receive. Unlike other platforms where you are just a number in a busy customer support queue, tpower1 VIP members get an account manager who knows you personally, understands your playing style and is ready to resolve any issue promptly — without you having to repeat your details from scratch every time you reach out.
One of the most valued benefits among tpower1 VIP members is the weekly cashback program, starting from 5% for Silver members and going up to 30% for Diamond members. Unlike standard cashback offers that often come with high wagering requirements, tpower1 VIP cashback is credited directly to your account every week with no additional wagering conditions to meet.
To put this in perspective, imagine you're a Diamond member who has been playing slots for a week and incurred a net loss of RM1,000. With 30% cashback, you'll receive RM300 credited directly to your account the following week. This can be used to continue playing or withdrawn at your discretion — a genuine financial safety net, not just a cosmetic promotion.
One of the most common complaints from players using other platforms is the long wait for withdrawals. At tpower1, this problem is addressed directly through the VIP programme. Platinum members enjoy withdrawals within 2 hours, while Diamond members receive withdrawals in just 1 hour. This means you no longer have to wait days to enjoy your wins — your money arrives quickly and reliably.
The identity verification (KYC) process for tpower1 VIP members is also expedited. Submitted documents are processed with high priority by a dedicated team, ensuring your account is fully verified in the shortest possible time. This is especially important when you wish to make larger withdrawals — a smooth process with no unnecessary delays.
Once you reach a VIP tier, tpower1 applies a 3-month re-evaluation period to ensure your membership remains active. This means you need to maintain a certain minimum activity level to prevent your VIP status from being downgraded. Full details on tier retention requirements can be found through your personal account manager or the tpower1 customer support section.
Tpower1 understands that life can sometimes get in the way of consistent play. That's why your VIP account manager is available to discuss your situation — in many cases, adjustments can be made based on your membership history with tpower1. This is a real example of how tpower1 prioritises long-term relationships over short-term gains.
All tpower1 VIP benefits are fully accessible through the tpower1 mobile app, compatible with Android and iOS devices. Your VIP dashboard — including your current tier status, progress to the next tier and cashback history — is all available at your fingertips. You can also reach your personal account manager directly through the app using the chat or direct call function, with no need to log in to a separate website.
